Grayson Reed from the 'Red Lantern' Series, a character you might be more familiar with if you've read the side stories on Patreon. He made an appearance in Conviction, but only briefly. Welp, he's getting his own novel! I'll be finishing up 'Illicit Alliance', the short story I began on Patreon that, as it turns out, has another 2/3 left to tell. In the end I believe it will end up being around an 80k word novel. I'll be finishing it this summer while I also work on the final Illustrations for Kindred.
Rather than doing a Kickstarter or anything like that for what's ultimately going to be a small project, I decided to do this - Booty Bags for folks interested in supporting me while I finish the book, and getting some cool crap in the process. Everyone who purchases one will also have their name (or name of their choice) thanked in a special backer section in the novel.

The gloriously flawed Grayson was one of my very favourite characters from the RL world, so this image really was an unexpected treat. Boose, coin, and a weapon all present and correct I see - yeah, that would be our Grayson all right :)
Rukis, even by your normal excellent standards, the level of detail here is incredible. Truly photo-realistic! I love how Grayson's fur changes in thickness and texture across different parts of his body, enhancing reather than concealing the musculature beneath. The anatomy in this masterpiece is without peer!
And that flintlock. Just... wow. I can only think you must have researched 18th century pistols in some depth to create such an accurate and realistic representation.
