I'm not great at translation, and most of it was lost on me, but it looks like the boy is either talking to his aunt (as he says 'aunt'), or the girl is talking to her brother (as she says 'brother'). I assume that one is correct, while the other are them talking about the people in the picture.

Even though he refers to her as aunt (obasan, commonly used when addressing older women), she might just as well be the mother of his friend and not necessarily blood-related (though that is also a possibility).
