We Are All Hostages (Hebrew: כולנו חטופים; Kulanu Hatufim) is an Israeli grassroots movement made up of families of Israeli hostages who were kidnapped during the October 7 Hamas-led attack on Israel, as well as activists who support them. The movement is known for its involvement in the Israeli hostage deal protests and is primarily led by Einav Zangauker, an Israeli activist whose son, Matan, was kidnapped on October 7.[1]

The group is calling for an end to the Gaza war and a deal to return the hostages, arguing that Benjamin Netanyuahu, Prime Minister of Israel, is sabotaging the current hostage deal.[2][3][4]

The group protests daily outside IDF headquarters (HaKirya) in Tel Aviv, and they're known for blocking Highway 20 ("Ayalon") on multiple incidents.[2][5]
