| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- RIP pig. Damn, that was actually brutal the way it got slaughtered. Got more characters including Lutz being introduced. Myne's love for book is still very evident. I also find it interesting that the show has its languages and that she's adapting with learning more. Looks like she got a bit tired but I think Myne will be ok. She's such a curious kid at her age. I find the comedy in this show to be pretty amusing especially with some of Myne's lines. | Mein is soooo cute. Mein's cuteness and Iguchi Yuka's voice come together to make such a masterpiece of a character. I came into the show because of Iguchi Yuka and Im starting to absolutely love this series. I cant wait to see what stuff Mein makes next. Her learning to write was adorable. I like how she faints whenever she sees blood. An interesting contrast from the rest of the people and creates some nice scenes where the rest of the cast worries about her. |

| A cute episode with some more character introduction. Aside her obsession with books Maine is a cute girl and Turi too. Gunther is a really doting parent, he was so jealous when Maine was praising Otto lol. |

I wasn't too fond of the first episode in all honesty but this was a sweet episode! Really loving some of the odd terms of the show, "What in the blue hell" and "thou have the hots for my sister" lmao. She's finally gotten hold of a slate and seems like the idea will pop back to mind so looking forward to seeing what's next in store for us! |

| Never thought I was going to say this ,, But I have no interest in the females in this anime, or finding them attractive!! That is a shock for me,,,, The style and animation are really unattractive boring and bland ,, The story is tedious and uninteresting ,,,This episode was a drag searching for paper to write on.....She chose the wrong fucking time age,,, To search for books ,, and now she want to write her own books? What? Anime!! The biggest problem here is the dull females!!,,Noting for me to love! And If you cant even get the girls right,, What the fuck good are you for then??? Pathetic better yourself!! You have 4/10 ,,You should be able to present one acceptable waifu for me!!! |

| Oh I like how Maine made shampoo, that was nice. Lutz likes Maine, nice. So we have our two ships, very nice. Lmao Otto can mean husband so that explains why Maine's dad was jealous. Wonder why it still means the same in their language too though. Wait doesn't Maine need muscle memory to write letters? I don't think you can write right away even if you know how to write. Like. if you try to learn writing with the opposite hand for the first time or even just attempt to write with it, it should be similar to that. Wish they did that more realistically but oh well. Was the great idea her and Lutz together. Edit: I somehow forgot to watch the ending scene. So it was papyrus. Easily one of the best if not the best series this season. |

| Aaaah I really liked the whole original scene for shampoo making so I was disappointed to see it shortened so much, but they actually displaced the part with the mother a bit later so it wasn't that bad after all. Characters interactions are really a strength of the source material so removing too much of that would really tone down the quality imo. I'm pretty sure Lutz didn't have such a reaction about Myne though, they're pushing the ship in the anime in a bit of a weird manner. Still, it's still so damn fast paced, this kind of feel strange to me. Oh well, I'm enjoying it anyway so it's fine. Also it actually felt better animated than the first episode? if this keeps the level of this one I'm pretty fine with it. I like how they rotate through the various illustrator for the end card, last time it was the LN's illustrator, this time it's manga part 1& 2's illustrator, I suppose next should be manga part 3's then. |

| This instead of "girl isekai to fantasy world" feels more like "let isekai a modern person to medieval times to show how shitty it was back then", and don't get me wrong, I find that more interesting, gotta love the small detail they added to the hair to show Main's family got clean hair, also I'm guessing that instead of what we hear everyone is talking this world language, so I guess she'll have to learn not only how to read and write but also words she already know in japanese. @kidlat020 I'm guessing because shampoo is way easier when you can just use vegetable oil, meanwhile soap iirc needs lard and seeing how poor they are I doubt they'll buy her some lard so she can experiment. |

| Well...Iyashikei at its finest, even in an Isekai setting. This show won't be for everyone, but even in a kids' setting like UchiMusume last season, this can be quite enjoyable to relax to. Romance between 5-year-olds?? Hopefully the ships aren't sailing very soon...have to see about that. Plus pork processing, Maine surely didn't consider that well with her fragile body. But thankfully, she's given a chalkboard to pen her "notes" as she learns more of the world that isn't Japan, but her fantasy world in improvements. |

| So Main is meeting new people in this world. Besides her 'sister' Turi, she met Ralph, Fey and Lutz. The last one is cute and it was also cute that he mentioned that her hair smelled nice. Main was able to make the shampoo she and her mother made in her previous life. Her hair did look beautiful! It was an instant succes among the family members XD Oh, and she is learning how to write thanks to Otto. Let's wait and see if she will be able to make papyrus too. |

| It's been a while since an anime has caught my attention in the first episode! In the second it caught my attention even more! If we are being honest here, it was cause that first episode kind of sucked, The only likable thing about it was the ending credits. THIS episode on the other hand, was perfectly fine. It was funny, charming, and you just want to root for the MC. MUCH unlike last episode where it was a poor isekai introduction, and a MC that just whined and begged a bit. Also, I think that the "hey its all right in this moment, but lets look back on when it wasn't alright" intros are kind of weak. MORAL OF THE RANT, I think the score will go up, if it stays on this level. There are to many people fighting for or against the source along side episode one's lack of character. Once there is more content, it will be judged by what it is/becomes. .. for better or worse, but lets hope better. I actually don't think the first episode was that bad, It did a decent introduction to its world and addressed stuff that many other Isekais don't (like the technology gap, how the MC gradually learns about the world, etc) it might have been slow I give you that. | @HereticHunter Ofc i can fucking judge a anime after waifu material if I wish lol ,, Can you show my the rule that state I cant?,, Its up to me how i judge and enjoys my anime ,, And this is extremely bland and boring ,,If I dont have a waifu I get bored,,This is how i judge and this is rightful criticism,, Its MY criticism that are based on MY taste!! This also have a very tedious and slow story,,extreme problem with direction ,,its all over the place,, The animation are ugly and unattractive,, I want my anime to look good ,,,But most importance to me ,, I need my pretty girls..The girls need to be beautiful and stunning! ,,If I have my waifus to love all the rest often falls in place,,Here i have noting!! Because by god its the most bland and boring girls i have ever seen in a anime!!! This anime is supposed to be slow, cute and relaxing, it's not aiming for waifu material or any other stuff like that, like I can understand if you are not invested in the characters if this isn't your kind of anime, but to say this anime is bad because it doesn't have any waifus for you to claim, then that's another story. When you post on an open forum you are open for people to agree or disagree with you, do not expect people not to fight you back if your criticism towards a show is negative, you can't get away by telling others that "it's just my opinion and I can't judge the way I want" to justify your reasons, because you are basically forcing others to accept your point of view.
